Excessive Cleaning Fee

We ask guests to return the RV in reasonably clean condition, with trash emptied, dishes cleaned, food removed from the refrigerator, and the microwave and toilet flushed. This fee will only be deducted from the security deposit or charged if the RV returns needing more than normal cleaning, such as heavy dirt/mud, sand, spills, pet hair/stains, strong odors, or excessive trash. It covers the extra labor and sanitation. This helps us ensure the next family receives a spotless, comfortable RV—just like you did!
